AIESEC is a non-profit student organization that aims to develop leadership among students. It all started after the second World War when a group of young people determined that cross-cultural understanding was essential to prevent similar conflicts.
Enabel young people to develop
We place our confidence in youth as the key to unlock a better future. We believe that leadership is the fundamental solution and it can be developed in anyone.
We enable young people to to develop their leadership through learning from practical experiences in challenging environments. We do this through cross-cultural exchanges (professional internships and voluntary projects) and by creating these opportunities (full-time and part-time board functions).
