🎯 About the Internship
Together with our management team, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including researching non-profits, supporting organizations in volunteer matching, and taking on special projects in collaboration with our country manager. This is a chance to participate actively in our expansion and impact initiatives.
- Work directly with the management team on local rollout strategies.

🎒 About You
We are seeking someone who is a problem-solver, detail-oriented, creative, driven, and capable of thinking outside the box. You should be proactive and ready to take initiative.
- Fluent in German and ideally with a deep understanding of German culture.
- A background in business-focused studies, with a bonus for knowledge in Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup, Research & Validation, etc.
- A committed and friendly team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Detail-oriented with systematic work methods.
- Quick learner in various online programs and tools.
- Strong communication skills and an inquisitive mind.
